Meeting with Check-off qualified unions / Associations for discussion on Group Mediclaim Policy for Employees on Revised Terms

Dear All,

Referring to the captioned matter, it is to inform you all that  Mr. M.Parshad,Chief Executive of  GIPSA vid e his letter dt.07-08-2013 invited all the Principal Office Bearers of All Check-off Qualified Unions/ Associations of All Classes of employees to discuss on provisions of the proposed Group Mediclaim Policy, before implementation for a better understanding  and for suggesting further improvements.

The following are details received from GIPSA in this regard.

The Venue is at: 

GIPSA Office, Grougn Floor, Jeevan Deep Building,

Parliament Street, NEW DELHI -110001

As per following Schedule:

Class-III & IV - On 19-08-2013, from: 11.30 AM TO 01.30PM

Class-II         - On 19-08-2013, from: 2.00 PM to 4.00 PM

Class-I          - On 20-08-2013, from: 11.30 AM TO 01.30 PM

No. of person allowed:

Each check-off qualified Union/Association is requested to nominate 02 (Two) representatives for the meeting keeping inview of the norms of Check-off accrediation and inform the same to GIPSA in advance.

Specific Condition:

Kindly note that officers in-charge of operating offices,as per check-off norms, are not eligible for participation in the discussions.

The representatives of the Unions/ Associations are also requested tojoin them for lunch on the day of the meeting.
