I would request you to
send the Name of the participants attending the Working Committe
Meeting(WCM) on 9th June, 2013, their date and time of reaching
Mumbai and their food habits by 20th May, 2013 to the undersigned copy to Mr N
Panigrahi (09869347189) / Mr Ravi Swant (09869214448) positively since the WCM
will be held at a Hotel named SUVI Palace at VASAI near Borivilie and we have to inform the Hotel Authority
the exact number of participants attending the Meeting within 23rd May 2013. If these information are not
received or any reply or feedback from your end within the stipulated
time, the participants are to arrange their stay of their
own.In case number of participants are less than expected figure we have to
re-schedule the programme accordingly.
Further, I
am confident that you all have completed your target
for Advertisement collection and in case of non-completion
please exert your every effort to complete the same so that besides fighting
the court cases we shall have to take the account of Functioning of
NFGIE, Meeting expenses and Tour Programme etc for the betterment of our
beloved organisation.
