Introduction of IN-SITU Promotions in "ALL CLASSES"

Re: Introduction of IN-SITU Promotions.

While we sincerely express our thanks for introduction of IN-SITU Promotions in the cadres of Scale-VI and Scale-VII, we strongly demand the same privilege be extended to all cadres of the Company with a view to give some benefit to the employees and officers before their superannuation.

The terms and conditions, as framed, be same as designed  for all the cadres of Scale-VI and Scale-VII Officers.  We hope necessary approval from concerned authority be taken to implement the above facility for the benefit of all cadres of Officers and employees.
