Dear Sir,

Re:  Facility to exercise LOA at later date or Defer the Training programme at Andheri,  Mumbai from 17 Dec 2012.

It has come to our knowledge that, there is a training programme for Cl-I Officers is scheduled from 17 Dec 2012. To attend the above training/workshop, officers have to start their journey by 13^th Dec 2012.

It is to be noted that our Check-off exercise is scheduled for 14 Dec 2012 and he may be denied his privilege if the programme continue as per the schedule. Therefore we would request to allow/permitted to make his LOA on 17^th Dec 2012 at Training Centre , Andheri or cancel the training programme begins from 17^th Dec 2012 whichever is feasible and make necessary intimation to the concerned Officers in advance to cancel / re-arrange their journey accordingly.
