CHECK OFF 2012 RESULTS - STAY GIVEN BY CHENNAI HIGH COURT

TO ALL REGIONAL SECRETARIES

Friends,

The result of the Check-off exercise 2012 has been withheld due to Stay Order granted by Chennai High Court. It is expected the case will come up for hearing when the court resumes after winter vacation. Leaders of the affiliated units must be thanked for the extra-ordinary effort they took for  mobilising support for NFGIE this time. The nasty role played by R.V. & Associates to help BVKS is highly condemnable. Despite all these odds the heroic effort by leaders at all levels has once again established that the spirit of NFGIE is indomitable throughout the country .The treacherous act of a handful persons in some parts can never dampen the fighting  spirit of NFGIE. Special  thanks must be showered on Mr.G.C.S. Bajaj and his team for the services they have rendered  in M.P. & Chhattisgarh for the cause of NFGIE. Equally, in Rajasthan many old members have reposed their faith on NFGIE this time also in spite of  rumours.

I like to state  that appointment with CMD has been fixed on 9th, January 2013.  Mr  R akesh Shetty , President , will lead the team of NFGIE . This time only G.S. of Chennai, Bengaleru, Kanpur, Delhi,Hyderabad has  been asked to participate in the said meeting, besides Working President and General Secretary  since the number  of participants are restricted .In future other G.S of affiliated unit will get their turn and  I request  all not to take it otherwise.

The following task lies ahead of us and your valuable opinion is solicited:-

(1). Finalisation of decision of Court cases for terminated leaders.(2). Reconstitution. of M.P. & Chattisgarh unit and Rajasthan unit. For this purpose a  NFGIE TEAM has to make a tour programme in those two places.(3) Payment of monthly financial help to terminated leaders which was due since October,2012 and  to arrange funds.(4) Mobilisation  of  FUNDS for running day to day expenses of NFGIE.(5) GIC Employees Union(Eastern Zone)has  already spent  Rs 1,40000/-( One lac forty thousand only) on behalf of NFGIE to meet the expenses towards tours to Delhi (30.10.2012),M.P. & Chattisgarh (25.11.2012) and Jaipur(2nd week of December,2012).

All are requested  to  think over the issues stated above and  give opinion positively  before  4th January, 2013 so that we can take a decision after reaching Mumbai on 8/9th January,2013.

With sincere greetings,

MISS USING NFGIE LETTER HEAD BY MR. R.V. SHETTY AND WRITING LETTERS

DEAR All Regional / Unit Secretaries,

Believe that you might have received a letter addressed by Mr. R.V.Shetty, Ex-General Secretary and Retired employee, and who has no role to play in NFGIE, to all Regional Secretary's by using New India FAX from it's Head Office MCTD Department.

From where  and why this person suddenly appeared and mis-using NFGIE letter heads with his name and position and telling our Leaders and members about our Rights. Basically he doesn't have any Locus Standy in interfering NFGIE matters.  Because he is no more neither an employee of New India nor a member of GICEW-WZ/NFGIE.  Friends, all the erstwhile leaders in Mumbai knew pretty well that he is the person  who booked our leaders and told the then Management to identify the persons in videos as to who is who for initiating drastic action against our innocent Leaders. More this so called gentlemen wants to create a sort of hungama in Federation. Friends, please don't be carried away by this type of  FALLTHU letters.

Friends, you are all educated, knowledgeable and above all Good Leaders/Members.  Friends, you may be knowing that this R.V. Shetty had lost his case regarding Date of birth in High Court and this person is talking about moral ethics. Friends when he was G.S he did not submitted the accounts properly, when the question was raised in Thane meeting by all India delegates. Had he any proof to prove that members have been cheated him. Friends, today leaders are travelling by trains and buses to meet members in Regions all over India.   But  this leader enjoyed flight tickets and  star hotels for his stay during meetings with members in various Regions.  Our Hyderabad Unit has incurred lots of expenses for this so called self styled G.S. for his visits.   Friends, can any one ask him by whom he was elected as G.S. now and it's legality. On what basis he has written that minutes were manipulated and in camera meetings tampered.

Friends, any persons(s) pointing out the mistakes of others should see that 3 fingers are showing at them and one towards others. That means they should check their inner voice, before writing commenting on others THRICE.
It is quite astonishing that Why the New India management has allowed an ex-employee to use the company  fax from MCTD Department for this sort of anti employee activities. Persons responsible for allowing the fax should be caught hold of and necessary action should be initiated by New India Management. Will the management act swiftly on this ?
Friends, in view of the above facts, appealing to all of you that National Federation is only Trade Union in entire General Insurance Industry works for the member by the members and of the members. This Union believes in "Work - Works".  We believe workers participation in Management to build strong premium base with profits and Customer Care. We pay Salutations to the Management, who reposes confidence on NFGIE, who always plays a vital role in caring Customer by all our members across the Nation.

Friends, NFGIE had a beautiful past, and future will be very bright. This so called mushroom unions which have cropped up recently will vanish on its own natural death. Don't believe this type of  ""AAya Rams and Gaya Rams"" . Their only aim in life is to get fame by hook or crook. The leaders who have left have their own selfish goals and want to achieve them at the cost of members.

COURT CASE ON PROMOTIONS:
Friends, you are well aware that a Court Case on Promotions for Officers Cadre for 2011 is in Divisional Bench of A.P High Court. The so called leaders of other Union and Associations have got their promotions by writing exams, because they do not have any confidence in Court Judgement.. They are sitting tight over it. Where as on behalf of NFGIE  a case has been filed in Divisional Bench for vacating the stay order in A.P High court. The employee who has filed for the benefit of officers is NFGIES Leader such is the quality of leadership of Federation.

Friends, NFGIE always believe in ""SRAMAYEVA JAYATHE"" AND ""SATYAMEVA JAYATHE.""
